Construction of 10th Avenue Islamabad
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will soon launch the construction of 10th avenue in Islamabad. This construction project will be funded by the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).
10th Avenue will be constructed in three phases and is scheduled to complete in the time frame of three years. 10 avenue Islamabad will be 7.6 kilometers long with an estimated construction cost of Rs.11078.000 million. To benefit the residents of Islamabad, the government of Pakistan is planning this project. After the completion of the project, the traffic burden will be decreased in Islamabad.
According to CDA Islamabad, an overhead bridge is also a part of this 10th avenue Islamabad project. This overhead bridge will cover the main areas of Islamabad including G-9, G-10, H-9, H-10, I-9, I-10, F-9, F-10, Margalla Railways Station, ibn-e-Sina road, IJP Road, and Jinnah Avenue.
